We are commemorating the 20th anniversary of the United States military's first major combat action on Oct. 19, 2001, with COL Ret. Shawn Daniel on A More Elite Podcast with Tony Mayne. Shawn led the Ranger parachute assault on Objective Rhino in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan as a Ranger company commander. He continued to serve in leadership roles in the Army and Special Operations for more than 15 years after the start of the Global War on Terror. Together with a team of Ranger buddies, Shawn continues to serve as president of Darby's Warrior Support. His story of service at the military's "tip of the spear" is #ForAmerica.
